Counselling for Educators develops practical listening, communication and first-line support skills for teachers and education professionals while keeping clear boundaries between educational support and professional mental-health treatment.
Teachers often become the first adult a learner approaches when something is wrong. The course focuses on how to listen, respond calmly, document concerns appropriately and refer when a situation is outside the educator's role.
